Ridgeweigh Windows Operating System Weighing Software from Accurate Weighing Scales in Kampala Uganda
RidgeWeigh, an easy to use windows-based weighbridge
software developed and distributed by Accurate Weighing Scales provides
secure weighment with various facilities Like CCTV image capture facility and
is a computing system with extensive data extraction, collection and processing
functions. This solution is designed to help you to manage and track the
critical information created at the time of weighing and label products in an
easy and flexible manner.
WEIGHBRIDGE APPLICATION:
First time users
are given a 30 day trial period for which they can use the software, to
purchase the unique product key, use the unique secrete code provided to you as
shown in the window above.
The software
provides three database management system choices that one can select from.
The local host
database is embedded within the system and does not require further
configuration.
On selecting the
database, a first time Administrative account is created with all privillages
added to the system.
The administrator
has to change the password after loging into the system.
The application provides security with user
authentication required before gaining access to any transactional information.
Authorized personnel are provided with easy
to use menu bar to help navigate through the different services provided in the
application.
The maintenance
tab provides configuration settings used in the day to day operations. The
company profile tool requires information about the company including the
address and telephone number.
A company profile
is a prerequisite. This information is reflected in the receipts when printed.
The SMS configuration form provides input of up to three mobile numbers to send SMS’
to. For this to be successful, a modem with the capability to send sms’ is required
The home tab
provides access to forms for daily operations, the weigh form bellow displays
live data from the weigh bridge, weigh platform and axel weigh bridges
depending on which has been configured to work with the system.
The report bellow
the fields of entry give quick access to the day’s operations that have been
recorded, allowing for updates and data recapturing.
The report form below displays operation
data form the start of software usage.
This data can be exported to excel when
needed.
The image bellow
shows the interface setting, configuring the port name that the weigh indicator
is using to communicate with RidgeWeigh; as well as the Baud rate.
The string
settings are unique to the weigh indicator since different companies use
different string settings.
The string
manipulation setting window also allows one to select different platforms as
shown.
The database
backup window is only available to MS
SQL server Management systems.
The user settings
tab provides security and authentication configuration to users of the software.
The privilege form
provides the administrator with the ability to change privileges to different
modules functionalities for different users.
The accounts
details menu enables the administrator to create accounts for users and give
users access to change their passwords.
The log form provides history of the important
activities from the start of software use. Log data of every action perform
while using the software is recorded and can be printed when necessary.
